Help desk manages the incoming error reports. The main function is the transmission of the „trouble tickets” to the appropriate background support team. The most important aspects of this area are the thorough knowledge of background processes and communication with the support teams involved in the process.

We offer the complete assembly and management of held desk teams for IT service providers. Currently we have several Hungarian companies using our services, with great satisfaction.

Computer and telephone network design, implementation, maintenance. Our company designed, built and still maintains BME Schönherz Zoltan Collage’s 100 Mbit bandwidth network with more then 1000 endpoints.
